Northern Gas Networks (NGN) intends to appoint a single supplier to provide Managed Print Services. Northern Gas Networks (NGN) intends to appoint a single supplier to provide the following: — Print services — printing (A4 and A3), scan, fax, photocopy and wide format printing at selected sites, — "Follow me" printing to allow printing to any location, with a user log in at the printer, — A pay per print commercial model, where NGN do not own the printers, — Automated alerts to order new toner when levels are low to maintain a seamless service to colleagues, — Monthly Management Information on prints by location and per user, — Monthly service review meetings, — Rental of all equipment.
