Tender description

HDC wants suppliers to offer a new system that will monitor S106 obligations, this will include the setting up of the environment, loading and configuring solution, cleaning and entering data, training users, writing support notes, and handing over to support. The system should present triggers to collect S106 money from developers, triggers to initiate and monitor the completion of projects so S106 money is collected in the timely manner and does not have to be re-paid to developers.
