Road Sweepings and Gully Waste - Early Market Engagement

Tender description

Wigan Council is undertaking an early engagement exercise, by asking participants to answer a questionnaire related to the draft specification in order to gauge the level of interest, and views on the proposed approach to the Haulage and Treatment of Street Sweepings and Gully Waste. Please be aware that this is 'soft market testing' and is not a tender/quotation exercise. If Wigan Council undertakes a procurement process for this service, it will be a separate exercise advertised appropriately. Participation, or otherwise, in this early engagement exercise will not lead to any advantage or disadvantage. Submissions to this early engagement exercise should be returned via the chest, no later than 17:00 pm on 5th March 2018. Within one month of receiving the feedback from this early engagement exercise, Wigan Council intend to commence a separate procurement to appoint a supplier to haul and treat the road sweepings and gully waste.
