Sheffield City Council's Sheffield's Working Capacity Building Programme objectives are to help our service providers build upon their existing knowledge and skills base to provide an enhanced service for their client group by commissioning the capacity building programme. The delivery organisations are 3rd Sector providers and have good local knowledge and offer good employment support. The projects range from supporting neighbourhood employability programmes, people from ethnic minorities, learning disabilities and people with mental health conditions.
