Reprographics and Typesetting Services

Tender description

NS&I has a requirement for a service provider to provided reprographic and typesetting services to include the provision of the following: a) Provide typesetting and reprographic services for production and revision of new/existing brochures, leaflets, reports, and other printed material. b) Offer proof-reading services. c) Supply print-ready artwork in specified format and liaise where necessary with print buyers and printers; d) Provide expertise and advice in achieving brand colour match in different print media e) Offer short run print services, including for brochures, leaflets and exhibition collateral. f) Create fully accessible pdf's for use with screen readers software and tagging g) Deliver outsized printed material h) Securely store all original artwork handed over by agency, and recover when required i) Ensure easy communications of large files by providing access to a FTP site. j) Transfer heritage assets into digital format eg high res quality scanning/ photography and moving image transfer.
