Production and Distribution of a Child Exploitation Video

The All Wales School Liaison Core Programme (AWSLCP) is a national programme jointly funded by the Welsh Government and the 4 Welsh Police Forces. It is delivered by Police Officers across Wales who provide lessons on Crime Prevention which support WG's Personal and Social Education (PSE) Framework, and the Crime Reduction Priorities of the four Police and Crime Commissioners. Scope The outcome of this process will be to produce and supply the following 1) A bilingual DVD (1 Welsh film , 1 English film) for use in DVD format and in web format . The film should run for 6-8 minutes. 2) A fully accessible DVD with consideration for children with learning challenges E.g. Subtitles in both Welsh and English, Audio description, signing) 3) Selected photo stills from the film 4) Promotional Trailer 5) Promotional Poster, provided A4 and A3 sizes, prepared in agreement with the AWSLCP national lead depicting the story, title and key features of the film. 6) 12 copies of the DVD in a suitable case with a still selected form the resource on the cover. The target audience is Upper key Stage 2, Year 6 school children aged 10 -11 years old NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
