Hertfordshire County Council (the Contracting Authority) acting on behalf of the Participants has lead on the procurement process to establish a Framework Agreement for the Supply of Pulpboard (hereinafter referred to as “Goods”). This is an award notice and this opportunity is now closed. The Open procedure was used to establish this framework agreement. The framework agreement is for a core period of 2 years unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Framework Agreement or extended at the sole discretion of the Council for a period of up to 2 further years on an annual basis by giving at least 6 months’ prior notice in writing.
