Ofgem is seeking an external professional gymnasium provider in Canary Wharf, London that will support the fitness and wellbeing of Ofgem staff by providing facilities akin to a gymnasium/fitness center. — a Gymnasium facility within 100 meters distance of the 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, E14 office location. — a full range of modern workout equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, and cross trainers. — an extensive range of strength building equipment including rigs and free weights. — a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi on premises. — provision of other wellbeing services such as physiotherapy. — access to squash court facilities. — a comprehensive range of fitness classes to suit a wide range of needs and abilities including classes for strengthening, cardio fitness, spin, yoga, and pilates and for the cost of all of these to be included in the membership rate. — an in-house towel service included as part of the membership. — access to a range of personal trainers for staff to purchase services at competitive rates. — access to an initial health assessment/MOT with a suitably qualified individual plus induction. — ability to manage memberships of Ofgem staff under a subsidy arrangement where a portion is charged directly to members via direct debit and the other portion invoiced to Ofgem on a monthly basis.
