Tender description

NHS England, North (Yorkshire and The Humber) commissioning team are hosting a second market engagement event to discuss the procurement of orthodontics across Yorkshire and The Humber. We would like to use this event to support any potential bidders with understanding the procurement process. This facilitated event will primarily focus on, but not limited to: — the Orthodontics Needs Assessment for orthodontics, — Outline of Service Specification, — Proposed Groups/Lots for procurement, — Explaining the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), — Application support. NHS England is committed to improving services and has an opportunity to improve, re-develop and re-commission the current orthodontics pathways. GDPs, specialist orthodontists and secondary care dental service providers are cordially invited to attend and contribute to the discussions, and help inform the future strategy. Market Engagement Event Details: The event will be held on Wednesday 21.2.2018 at Mid Yorkshire Golf Club, Havecroft Lane, Darrington, WF8 3BP, from 6:00 pm for a 6:30 pm and concluding at 8:00 pm. If your organisation would like to attend the market engagement event, please note only two attendees per organisation will be accepted. The deadline for registering to attend the event is 12:00 (noon) on Monday 19.2.2018. Please note that registering prior to the event is required. NB.
