The Richmond CCG GP Out of Hours (OOH) Face to Face Base and Home Visit Specification and the services being procured within this document will fully align with the SWL Integrated Urgent Care Service currently provided by Vocare Ltd. Since 2004 all Richmond practices opted-in to provide GP Out of Hours services. In 2014 the GPs contracted East Berkshire Primary Care Out of Hours Service to deliver this service on a 3-year contract that will expire on 03 May 2018 at 08:00. Richmond CCG wishes to procure a GP OOH Face to Face Base and Home Visit service that is fully integrated into the SWL IUC service. This specification sets out fundamental ways in which the provider will operate across this system.
