Tender description

Provision of an air safety reporting tool for defence safety authority. The UK MOD’s Defence Safety Authority (DSA) wishes to notify the market of a potential procurement. This procurement would seek to appoint the service delivery of an ASRT to the MAE. The DSA requires a system to support the reliable and timely entry, transmission and subsequent management of MAE Air Safety Occurrence Reports including any necessary follow up actions, analysis, risk management and associated Regulatory Publication Configuration Control. The system must be fully auditable and capable of handling and storing up to 30000 reports from across the MAE every year. These reports will consist of system generated report formats, but must also be capable of handling links to, and attachments of, common file types including High Definition Video. The system must be written such that minimal bandwidth and memory are required of the bearer system.
