Tender description
To inspect all trees adjacent the Highway within Council ownership, and selected trees on land managed by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing from ground level to assess their condition and identify any immediate risks, or necessary works to reduce risk. To plot / map the position of individual or groups of trees utilising GIS recording hardware and record relevant data as per specification included below.
