Tender description

Herefordshire Council wishes to procure Public Health (0-25 Years) Nursing Services. The Public HealthNursing service (‘PHN Service’) covering (0-19 yrs and up to 25 yrs for young people with disabilities) will support all children and their families from pregnancy through entry into Herefordshire Council's Administrative area school provision until exit from school and / or Further Education at age 19 (or up to the age of 25 where there are special educational needs or disabilities that would make a transfer in to adult services provision, appropriate for an individual at age 19). This opportunity is tendered under the ‘Light Touch’ arrangements as defined in the Public ContractsRegulations 2015.
