For the provision of a grounds maintenance service. Moat Homes Ltd (Moat) is a leading housing association working in the South East of England providing high quality homes and services. For the past 50 years Moat has delivered high quality general needs homes for affordable rent, supported accommodation and tenancy support services and affordable home ownership schemes. Moat is dedicated to developing sustainable communities throughout the South East of England. Moat currently owns or manages around 20 000 properties across Essex, Kent, Sussex, London and the surrounding areas. Moat is seeking to appoint a provider to deliver ground maintenance services to all communal areas within our property portfolio. In addition to this we will include bulk waste collection and disposal for our Pollards Hill estate only. Work to be covered includes but is not limited to: — Grass cutting, — Strimming, — Leaf clearance, — Mulching, — Maintenance of flower beds, plants and borders, — Weeding, — Car Park / Hard standing maintenance, — Tree assessments, — Bulk waste collection and disposal (Pollards Hill only).
