Event - Crew Catering 2018

Liverpool City Council is currently negotiating for a new event in October 2018. This is still under contractual negotiations and is not in the public domain. It is estimated that catering will be required for up to 300 persons between the 17th September and the 14th October who will be working alongside significant numbers of UK crew and Liverpool volunteers. Numbers will increase and decrease either side of show days. One of the key elements to making the show work will be the provision of crew catering throughout the build, rehearsal, show and breakdown period. The artists have very high expectations of what this will include and it is imperative that the meals provided are of high quality and high nutritional value as the crew working on the event are involved in physically demanding roles throughout the day. The event company itself has very strong values around sustainability, the environment and staff welfare. Keywords: catering, event, food
