Tender description
This is an Open Invitation to Tender where suitably qualified applicants are invited to respond for inclusion in a Single Supplier Framework Agreement that the Institute will draw from to supply cat6 and Fibre installation & maintenance and structured cable management for a period of 36 months. A cabling specialist is sought on a time and materials basis to work closely with the Information Services & Development section of the Marine Institute on a number of projects related to structured Cat6 & Fibre cabling. Some remedial works are required in the Newport and at the Marine Institute’s headquarters in Oranmore, Co Galway. Following this work the selected vendor will be required to provide adhoc maintenance and repair of Cat6 / fibre cabling & network points in the three primary sites.
