Liverpool City Council is looking for a supplier who is able to provide a suitable application to manage these processes and the solution must also cater for Scheduling and Email Management, Death Reporting, Performance and Management Reporting, Workflow Alerts and Scheduling, Telephony Integration and Document Templates and Bundling As the Coroners Service is so closely governed by legislation and sector-wide standard practice, the system should also provide a range of standard, out of the box functionality to ensure the Coroners Service conforms to any relevant legislation and best practice standards. The solution should also be able to produce the annual return report for the Ministry of Justice.
