Tender description

The Trustees, Edendork Primary School invite applications for a Project Manager led Integrated Consultants Team to include Project Management, provision of Architectural, Building Services, Civil and Structural design and Principal Designer services for input and development of initial design proposals to RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stage 3 and to successfully obtain Planning Approval prior to engaging upon the procurement of an Integrated Supply Team (IST). Thereafter, the Economic Operator shall provide Client side design advisory, technical review, audit and supervisory services throughout the development and implementation works information by the IST.
