Tender description

Portsmouth City Council (the “Council”) has awarded a contract to N-Viro Limited for the delivery of building cleaning services at Portsmouth International Port (the “Port”). The contract will commence on 1.10.2017 and will run for an initial base term of 7 years extendable in increments to be agreed to a maximum total term of 10 years. Portsmouth City Council (the “Council”) has awarded a contract for the delivery of building cleaning services at Portsmouth International Port (the “Port”) and specifically in respect of the following facilities: — Terminal Building: 2 845 m2, reactive and scheduled cleaning throughout the day and evening. — Port Offices: 561,3 m2, scheduled cleaning. — Freight Gates: 54,76 m2, scheduled cleaning. — Port Operations Building: 74,57 m2, scheduled cleaning. — Statutory Bodies Building: 151,04 m2, scheduled cleaning. — Various External Buildings: 171,45 m2, scheduled cleaning. — Pilots Office, Camber Quay, Old Portsmouth: 33.15 m2, scheduled cleaning. The contract will start on 1.10.2017 for an initial term of 7 years, extendable to a total of 10 years.
