CCTV Service, Maintenance, Repair and Upgrades

Tender description

The works comprise of the Service, Maintenance and Repair of the Councils CCTV cameras at various Housing locations. Orders will be provided on a call off bases from the Schedule of Rates, as and when the Contract Administrator requires site attendance. There will be no guarantee of any level of orders or amount of works to be requested by the Council in this contract. The contractor will ensure that an 'open protocol' is used for any equipment or installation carried out for the Council. If closed protocol is unavoidable, the contractor must seek approval from the CA before the installation / repair takes place. The agreement will cover approximately 400 cameras and 43 Dvr's across a number of sites throughout the borough. Length of contract - This is a 2 year contract with options to extend for a further 1 year.
