Tender description

To provide necessary skilled labour and supervision in compliance with all statutory requirements and generally in accordance with manufacturers’ recommendations and good engineering practice to carry out the annual servicing of the specified Boilers. The number of visits is to be based on the manufacturers recommended service intervals (identified below) A service report sheet for each item of plant will be issued to the trust on completion of the service indicating the plant condition and any recommended repairs or improvements to the system. Biomass Boiler Remote Monitoring Support Monitoring can be provided to review system operating status on a weekly basis via remote internet access; this support aims to analyse trends, alarm records and system conditions in order to advise on preventative failure. The support will extend to remote monitoring phone support and unplanned interventions that require an engineer to attend site. Control Software The ability to access the Biomass software for adjusting parameters must be achievable.
