Introduction: LHC is a central purchasing body providing procurement service to Contracting Authorities (Clients) throughout England, Wales and Scotland, as described on LHC’s Buyer Profile (www.lhc.gov.uk/24 for England and Wales, www.procurementalliance.scot/24 for Scotland) and on behalf of partners of the Scottish Procurement Alliance and the Welsh Procurement Alliance. As a not for profit organization, LHC returns surplus Levy income to our Clients to support social value initiatives in the local communities they serve. LHC sets up competitively tendered Framework Agreements in respect of building works, supplies or services and includes public sector refurbishment, maintenance, and new build projects. Requirement: LHC seeks economic operators to submit a Tenders for the following framework: — AS2E Asbestos Services - England. The framework is split into the following workstreams: — Workstream 1: Domestic Asbestos Consultants, — Workstream 2: Commercial Asbestos Consultants, — Workstream 3: Domestic Asbestos Removal and Remediation, — Workstream 4: Commercial Asbestos Removal and Remediation, — Workstreams and Regions operate independently of one another. Tenderers may apply for 1 or more Workstreams and Regions. This contract notice relates to Workstreams 1&2.
