Tender description

DGHP are seeking to engage with a contractor to carry out annual inspections of communal cold water storage tanks, as identified by risk assessments carried out under a previous contract. A tank inspection report should be generated to show the condition of the tank and advise any further works required. As part of the contract DGHP will also seek to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments within properties which have not been assessed during the previous contract. Please note a comprehensive breakdown of the water system e.g. the exact source and supply of all stored water is required.
