Warrington and Halton NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a Partner support the implementation of the Care Record Care Record will collect data from the care records systems uses by all of the care providers. The Warrington Partnership consists of: Warrington CCG Warrington and Halton NHS Foundation Trust NW Boroughs Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Warrington Borough Council The purpose of this procurement exercise is to appoint a Strategic Partner to enable the implementation of our Care Record change programme.
