Tender description

Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (BwDBC) is looking to award a Framework Contract Agreement for the provision of an offsite document collection, Storage and Retrieval Service (Lot 1) and Confidential Waste Disposal and Shredding via an Off Site Service (Lot 2) for which suppliers are invited to tender. Contractors are invited to bid for any one or both lots. The service requirements within the scope of this contract is to collect from any Council location within the control or authority of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council area within the times specified in the tender response. The successful contractor(s) will supply goods/services on demand, as and when required, to each of the participating Departments of the Council at the contract price. The contract will be based on a standard core service as detailed in the technical specification and pricing schedule.
