Tender description

The Framework Agreement is to provide EU coverage and compliance allowing CPC members to purchase at a substantial discount relative to the marketplace throughout the term of the Framework Agreement. The framework terms will apply to all CPC members during the framework period. The Framework Agreement provides members with a competitive and compliant route to market for the supply and delivery of all their stationery and educational needs.
