Tender description
Shropshire Council seeks to procure an early help commissioned service. The service will be split into 2 lots: Lot 1: Targeted Family Support; Lot 2: Support for Young Carers. Tenderers can apply for one or more lots. Lot 1: Targeted Family Support: this service will provide early intervention to families. This contract shall commence on 1.4.2019 for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 year period. We consider the employee “Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations (“TUPE”)” may apply to this contract(s) with the current staff team at the homes to be transferred. Lot 2: Support for Young Carers: this service will identify, assist and support young carers to ensure they have equal development opportunities as their peers.
