Tender description
La présente consultation concerne une étude pré-clinique sur petits animaux. Une équipe de recherche du centre national de recherche scientifique cherche à développer une nouvelle stratégie thérapeutique contre plusieurs types de cancers humains dont les cancers mammaires triple-négatifs. Une «small molécule» a été sélectionnée selon des critères de toxicité in vitro établis par le laboratoire. Sous lot 1.1: — WP1 (Work package 1): cytotoxicité, Sous lot 1.2: — WP2: ADME, — WP3: génotoxicité, — WP4: screening cellules cancéreuses, — WP5: screening cellules cancéreuses résistantes aux traitements, — WP6: cytotoxicité sur hépatocytes primaires. Sous lot 2.1: — WP7: pharmacocinétique in vivo, — WP8: DMT in vivo, — WP9: hépatotoxicité in vivo (Go/No Go). Sous lot 2.2: — WP10: preuve de concept in vivo, — WP11: histologie.
