Tender description
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable provider to secure a repair and technical maintenance contract for Public Convenience facilities under JCT Measured Term Contract 2016. This contract is to carry out above services to the nine blocks, consisting of 15 visits over the course of a year. Contract is expected to run for 3 years, with an option to extend for further 24 months.
