Provision of Children's Holiday Clubs at Huntingdonshire District Council One Leisure Facilities

Tender description

The Council is looking for expressions of interest for the provision of its Children's Club during school holidays times at its five Leisure Centres. At present clubs are provided at One Leisure St Ives and One Leisure St Neots by a contractor between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00 during school holidays (minimum 51 days per year). The contract will be for two years, reviewed annually, with an option to extend for a further year. The contract will provide the facility to bid to operate the Children's Clubs for all, some or one of the Leisure Centre sites. The contractor has the commercial freedom to set charges for participating children. The contractor will pay the daily rate (fee) to the Council. Use of additional facilities (such the bowling alley) will attract a separate charge. Any tender accepted will be awarded to the most economically advantageous offer in accordance with the following award criteria descending order of importance: income guarantee, compliance with specification, relevant experience and track record and business references.
