This is not a call for competition. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to request information from the market in order to ascertain the capacity to provide a suitable Software as a Service (SaaS) eProcurement solution for the Public Sector in Ireland. Market operators are hereby invited to participate in this market information exercise and complete the attached Request for Information (RFI) document. Completed responses should be emailed directly to the Office of Government Procurement at the following address, NEPProject@ogp.gov.ie and they must be received by 17:00 on 12.10.2018. Responses will be treated in the strictest confidence. Clarifications in relation to the RFI should be sent to NEPProject@ogp.gov.ie not later than 17:00 on Friday 5th October and queries received after this date will not be addressed.
