Tender description

This Framework Agreement is for the supply of a range of Oncology Generic Medicines to NHS Scotland, which will be awarded on a product line or lot by lot basis. As detailed below this framework is tendered using 37 Lots: — Lots 1-36 (except 11, 28 and 36): All of the product lines included within each Lot will be grouped together as individual Lots and awarded to a single Framework Participant per Lot. — Lots 11, 28 and 36: Each product line will be treated as an individual Lot and be awarded on a line by line basis. Each Lot will be awarded as a ranked multi-supplier framework to an envisaged maximum of 6 Framework Participants per line. — Lot 37: Each product line within Lot 37 will be treated as an individual Lot and awarded to a single Framework Participant. Tenderers are invited to bid for as many Lots/lines as they wish. The individual descriptions and quantities are detailed within the tender documentation.
