Tender description

The University of Edinburgh has a need to make payments in foreign currency on a regular basis. The currency payment system must allow for recording of financial codes needed to record the payments in the financial ledger. The currency payment system must allow for the recording of financial codes needed to record the payments in the financial ledger. Payments are batched and processed twice weekly. Most foreign currency payments are processed via this method occasionally there is a need for payments to be made in a currency not supported via our system. In these instances payments are processed through the University's bank. The university has a large number of devolved users who require to enter data into the system, run queries and report on the transactions processed.
