Tender description
The HSCB wishes to tender for an Early Intervention Family Support Project to support children aged 8-13 years (and their families) who are: — Deemed vulnerable to poor outcomes in terms of the 8 parameters of wellbeing set out in the Children’s Services Cooperation Act and draft Children’s Strategy 2017-27, — Experiencing difficulty in the education system, at home or in the community, and, — Require a multi-agency response to meet their needs. In this context the service will, in addition to direct interventions, also, work collaboratively with a range of statutory and non-statutory support services that can best address the identified needs and promote the safety and wellbeing of referred children, young people and their families. This tender is offered in 5 Lots – each covering one of the 5 HSC Trusts areas. The service will be part of the developing early intervention infrastructure in the Lot area and will link closely with the Family Support Hubs in each area.
