Tender description

The Councils are seeking a suitably experienced supplier to provide a hosted financial system. Please be aware that the total value is split between each of the Councils named in the procurement and combines estimated implementation costs and an annual price for the maximum 15 year term. Interested bidders are asked to note the mandatory criteria available in the specification before making a decision on whether to submit a tender. Bidders must be able to meet those mandatory criteria in order to be eligible to tender for this requirement. Bidders are also asked to note that in addition to those Councils jointly procuring this contract, the following additional Councils are eligible to make use of the ensuing contract: Blaby District Council: value within the overall contract value is 600 000 GBP Oadby and Wigston District Council: value within the overall contract value is 375 000 GBP Hinckley and Bosworth District Council: value within the overall contract value is 585 000 GBP All Councils named in this procurement reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of software licences they require during the term of the contract as their business need changes. Please be aware that the Councils are looking for a SaaS rather than traditional licencing agreement.
