This periodic indicative notice is to advise potential suppliers that Transport for London (TfL) are seeking expressions of interest for the supply of services associated with the inspection and testing of hazardous materials (incl asbestos) across its sites. Interested suppliers are invited to complete a market sounding questionnaire and to submit it by the date in the electronic portal. Please see: https://procontract.due-north.com A separate Contract Notice will be issued as a call for competition to invite suppliers to participate in the tendering process. TfL is not liable for any costs, fees or expenses incurred by any party participating in the market engagement. Any possible future procurement of any services, supplies or works by TfL will be carried out strictly in accordance with the applicable Utilities Contract Regulations.
