Electrical Reactive Maintenance & Minor Refurbishment Works

Tender description

The South Infirmary / Victoria University Hospital will appoint a contractor to provide an on site electrician for general small works and maintenance service projects as well as a facility for a first priority 24/7 356 days a year emergency call out service with a maximum response time of 60 minutes. Generally the works carried out would involve the provision of appropriate personnel, materials, equipment and plant for said works. Additionally the contractor would be required to carry out small works projects as they arise. Where possible works would be carried out during normal working hours however due to the response nature of the works and also the nature of healthcare there will be a requirement for works to be carried out after normal hours to include weekends and or bank holidays.
