However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Regeneration works incorporating a new Cinema (approx. 35,000sq.ft) 6 new restaurant units (circa 20,000 sq. ft.) and associated servicing and public amenity spaces in the heart of Basildon. Basildon Borough Council are looking for a contractor with experience in building cinemas to deliver the project on time and within budget. The area around the site will remain open to the public throughout the build.
