Tender description

South Ayrshire Council wish to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to service, certify and maintain sliding, swing and power assisted doors including call-outs for repairs and emergency call-outs including security issues. Services comprise of servicing and repair of automatic doors, swing doors and ancillary equipment as follows: A. Servicing of all door gear in accordance with BS 7036 parts 1 to 5 inclusive; B. Repairs as necessary to keep the doors functioning safely and efficiently including repairing or replacing any faulty or obsolete components; C. All emergency repair work for 24 hours every day for the duration of the contract.
