Central London Community NHS Trust is running a competitive process using the open procedure to set up a contract for the provision of dental laboratory products and services within its geographical area. Products required are different types of acrylic dentures, guards, co cr partials, crowns etc. The ITT shall be published on Due North, and all bid responses and communication associated with this ITT shall be through the portal — Reference Number DN367661. To register on Due North, please do so through the following link: https://procontract.due-north.com/Register Due to the total annual spend on Dental Laboratory Products and Services across CLCH a compliant contract following this tender exercise is required to comply with the Trust's SFIs. Products required are different types of acrylic dentures, guards, co cr partials, crowns etc. Service Description The providers shall deliver dental laboratory products and services specific to the need of CLCH. The providers will: — collect impressions and any other information required to process an order within the timescales set out below: —— if the Dental Laboratory is contacted before 10:00 am via phone – collection the same or latest the next day, —— If the Dental Laboratory is contacted after 10:00 am – collection the following working day essential, — deliver dental laboratory products to the location specified within the order, — maintain a record of products supplied, — inform CLCH NHS Trust of any delays or problems in the manufacturing and delivering of a product, — be responsible for delivering all products and services ordered in line with legislation and good practice, — maintain up to date records to ensure effective ongoing service delivery and audit, — provide and update contact details, — send computer-written invoices electronically to CLCH Finance with a purchase order number on them.
