Tender description
The Contract is for the rehabilitation of 6 existing student housing blocks to provide 36 social housing units comprised of 18 apartments for CAT 1 (over 55s) and 18 general needs apartments, 5 apartments for young people and 7 apartments for private rental. The work includes the requirement for site development and engineering works. The contract will be for approximately 18-24 months from date of award and is scheduled to start by the end of March 2019. It is expected that ALL units built under this contract will achieve ‘Secured By Design’ and Lifetime Homes accreditation.
