The Council seeks a contractor to develop new build housing at Lismore Drive, Old Monkland, Coatbridge that is currently being used as a temporary amenity open space. Housing Mix: — this site is intended to provide up to 60 properties for rent, built to housing for varying needs standards. Location: — the site is located in an established residential area and is brown-field in nature. Size: — the developable area is anticipated to be approximately 2.04 ha. The Council seeks a contractor to develop new build housing at Lismore Drive, Old Monkland, Coatbridge that is currently being used as a temporary amenity open space. The design element has been outsourced to obtain planning permission and therefore the appointed contractor shall work in conjunction with the Council and the external designer with an option of novating the design team over to the contractor or using their own design team.
