Tender description

The Helensburgh Waterfront Development Project will deliver: — a new-build 25 m, 6 lane swimming pool and leisure facility, — flood protection works to the site perimeter, — 265 space car park; and public realm. There is also a requirement to demolish the existing swimming pool and raise levels on site to create areas suitable for future development of retail space, play and skate park as outlined in the site masterplan.
