Construction and Highways Works & Services Framework

Tender description

Metropolitan Borough Council intends to create a Construction and Highways Services & Works Framework (CHSWF) for the provision of Responsive & Planned Building Repairs, Construction Services and Highways Works. The works undertaken by Framework Providers will be to schools, libraries and other community buildings, any council assets and office facilities, and highways and footways. This Framework is being set up for Oldham Council and the Councils strategic partner Unity Partnership, to deliver Construction and Highways Services to all internal departments and any organisation that Oldham Council is associated with. The overall objective of the framework is to support the Council to deliver their revenue and capital programmes. The work will be carried out to schools, libraries and any other community buildings, any council assets and office facilities, highways, footways and bridges. The intended make-up of the CHSWF is for the creation of individual ‘Lots’ across approximately four Value Streams.
