Tender description

VIVID have several contractors carrying out our void property cleaning. Since the merger under which VIVID was created it was decided that we would consolidate the contracts in-line with our new operational area. These agreements will automatically terminate upon completion of the procurement process and we hope to award the new contract/s ready for commencement in January 2019. Last Year, the North area carried out 465 Voids in Basingstoke and 202 in Aldershot. VIVID's in-house trades team carry out the repair and maintenance work to these properties, the contractor’s will be cleaning the property prior to any works that are due for completion. Any delays caused by the cleaning prior to works starting is at a cost to VIVID and this may be passed on to the contractor if KPI’s are not met. Contractor/s will be expected to clean to a high standard adopting the NHF Schedule of rates version 7 with a +/- variation.
