Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services

Tender description

Carmarthenshire County Council, in association with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council, Ceredigion County Council and the City and County of Swansea wishes to undertake a procurement exercise to establish a Framework Agreement for use by public and voluntary sector organisations based in the counties of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys and Swansea for the supply of property related project management and full design team services. These organisations include, but are not limited to, central Government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, devolved administrations, NHS bodies, local authorities, police, fire service, voluntary sector, charities and private sector organisations procuring on behalf of these bodies. An indicative list of these organisations and a short introductory guide to the Framework, are attached in the additional information section of this notice. This lot will be for Architectural Services and will be split into 3 sub-lots: 1A) Architectural services between the value of 0 and 4 000 000 GBP (seeking to appoint up to 4 consultants). 1B) Architectural services between the value of 4 000 000 and 8 000 000 GBP (seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants). 1C) Architectural services for the value of 8 000 000 GBP and above (seeking to appoint up to 4 consultants). This lot will be for Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services and will be split into 3 sub-lots: 2A) Mechanical and electrical engineering services between the value of 0 and 4 000 000 GBP (seeking to appoint up to 4 consultants). 2B) Mechanical and electrical engineering services between the value of 4 000 000 and 8 000 000 GBP (seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants). 2C) Mechanical and electrical engineering services for the value of 8 000 000 GBP and above (seeking to appoint up to 4 consultants). This lot will be for Property-related Structural Engineering services and will be split into 3 sub-lots: 3A) Property-related structural engineering services between the value of 0 and 4 000 000 GBP (seeking to appoint up to 4 consultants). 3B) Property-related structural engineering services between the value of 4 000 000 and 8 000 000 GBP (seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants). 3C) Property-related structural engineering services for the value of 8 000 000 GBP and over (seeking to appoint up to 4 consultants). This lot will be for ecological and arboricultural-related services. The Authority is seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants for this lot. This lot will be for fire engineering related services. The Authority is seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants for this lot. This lot will be for planning consultancy services. The Authority is seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants for this lot. This lot will be for Project Management services. The Authority is seeking to appoint up to 6 consultants for this lot. This lot will be for quantity surveying/cost control services.
