PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT WITH AEQUUS CONSTRUCTION LTD AND NOT BATH & NORTH EAST SOMERSET COUNCIL Aequus Construction Ltd (“ACL”) wish to establish a framework for the provision of Architectural Services. The framework will consist of 3 successful consultants. Bath & North East Somerset Council and any Joint Venture Company’s set up by BANES will be permitted to access this framework.
