Wigan Council are seeking to establish a framework for the provision of construction of new dwellings within Wigan Borough. The framework will be divided into 6 lots split by construction type and value band • Lot 1A. Construction of specialist and supported housing £500,000-£2,000,000 • Lot 1B. Construction of specialist and supported housing £2,000,000.01-£4,500,000 • Lot 1C. Construction of specialist and supported housing £4,500,000.01+ • Lot 2A. Construction of general needs’ housing £500,000-£2,000,000 • Lot 2B. Construction of general needs’ housing £2,000,000.01-£4,500,000 • Lot 2C. Construction of general needs’ housing £4,500,000.01+ The framework will run for 4 years with a maximum of 3 contractors per lot. All documents are available on The Chest.
