Wigan Council: Establishment of a framework for the provision of Building and Associated Works up to a value of £250,000

Tender description

Wigan Council intends to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework covering Building and Associated works. The framework will consist of 2 lots. Lot 1 will have a value of up to £100,000 and lot 2 will have a value of from £100,000 to £250,000. The scope of works within this framework is Building and Associated works. This includes, but is not limited to, general building, construction and alterations to Council premises and the like. The Council is looking to appoint between 5-6 contractors per lot. These will be the top 5-6 highest scoring bidders provided there are sufficient compliant and satisfactory responses within the tender. Potential providers submitting responses must be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their direct supply chain. NB all tenders need to be submitted before the deadline as detailed in the documents. Bidders who are members of Constructionline must ensure that their information is up-to-date on Constructionline at the time of submission. The framework will run for 3 years.
