Tender description

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a contract with a Travel Management Company (TMC) who is able to offer a fully managed travel service as detailed in tender document. Contract duration of 24 months with an option to extend a further 3 x 12 months periods. This tender covers the provision of a managed travel service for the purpose of booking all rail and air travel tickets, all hotel accommodation and international car hire. The TMC will be expected to reserve and issue tickets for all air, rail, sea and road travel, as requested, at the best possible price (combining the most direct and least expensive routes to achieve cost effectiveness).
